Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any bottle or bottles for any reason, for a refund. Simply print out the following Return Form, fill it out and send it along with the used bottle or bottles to the following address.

You must include a transaction # in order for us to issue a refund. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return. Expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note:
The Shipping & Handling for the order is NOT refundable. If you ordered one of our specials, and received free Shipping & Handling, you will be charged a minimum of $10.95 for the Shipping & Handling. We also charge a 10% re-stocking fee on ALL returns. If you ordered more than one bottle, we will only refund you for 1 used bottle + any unopened bottles you have purchased. Any additional used bottles are NOT refundable.
